I am pleased to announce that Caroline O’Reilly is promoted to the position of Talent Acquisition (TA) Head of UK & Ireland and International, effective November 1st, 2022, and reporting to me.

As TA Head of UK & Ireland, she will lead the Hub activity and local TA team, partnering with site HBPs to support the UK & Ireland business needs in alignment with the global TA strategy.

Caroline will also continue to develop the Global TA scope across international sites and commercial affiliates, in close collaboration with Anne-Laure Amoros and Mona Amin, as well as local HRBP, local TA partners and International Cluster Heads. With an initial focus on recruitment of local leadership team members, sensitive roles and project expansions, she will work across all countries outside of our key Hubs.

Caroline joined Ipsen in 2019 in Dublin as Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on supporting UK & Ireland recruitment. Thanks to her previous strong track record at European level with Jazz Pharmaceuticals, she quickly progressed within our team to an international scope supporting our affiliates outside Hubs.

Caroline’s promotions to first, Head of International TA, and now as TA Head UK & Ireland are a clear reflection of her collaboration, delivery, and hard work, and is a great example of what development success looks like at Ipsen.
