Dear HR colleagues,

As part of the ongoing hiring barrier removal process within Ipsen, we are glad to inform you of changes in the approval workflow for the creation of job requisitions in iPeople, effective today. These changes are aimed at leveraging our culture of collaboration across our organizations and removing duplicate actions between regular reviews and system approvals.

The Business Process “Create Job Requisition” is simplified with only 1 or 2 required steps to complete the process, and adds flexibility in the ownership of the action:

• removal of the approval by the cost center manager;
• ability for the hiring manager/management chain, HRBP or recruiter to initiate the process;
• the job description needs to be attached to the job requisition in iPeople to avoid parallel email exchanges;
• the job advert posting is owned by the Recruiter.
