Dear colleagues,

In a spirit of “adapt” and “adopt”  and supporting our value ‘We Share and Learn every day’, we would like to share with you some initiative that was organized in May 25 – 29 for Ipsen employees in Russia and Kazakhstan – Career Week.

The purpose of the initiative was to help our employees to look at their development and career from different points of view, in a remote mode.

During 5 full days, different leaders, such as GM Russia, GM Poland and GM Italy introduced career development at Ipsen and shared their personal journey. Russian LT members  made also themselves available to develop on their career stories. HR Russia proposed some great materials such as quizzes and poster to engage the local audience. To conclude this career week, an external speaker presented on the theme “Career surfing”.

The initiative itself was very successful and was positively received by the team. More than 200 employees participated in each activity.
