Hello Siv-Sane,

Q: You attended the Leading the Ipsen Way program, what part of the training did you prefer?

Siv-Sane: What I really appreciated was to meet other managers working in other fields than mine. I’m positively surprised that we are all aligned in the way that we want to lead our teams and have pretty much the same concerns.

Q: What do you keep in mind as key take away that you would be able to use right away?

Siv-Sane: In this second module, we had a strong focus on technics of influence and learned how to adapt to different audiences. When trying to convince people, we often push information whereas we can pull information from the audience. As a manager, knowing this kind of technics is very helpful.

Q: What would you say to someone about this learning program? Would you recommend it?

Siv-Sane: I would definitely recommend this program to all managers as it gives important basics and technics that are essential to become a leader.
