Thank you to everyone for all your support in encouraging our managers to add their Engagement Survey-related focus areas to the GLINT platform. There has been some great work done globally and we are delighted to share with you below, the latest country and function leader boards.

We value your help in meeting the target of ≥50% of managers committing to an action and capturing it in GLINT.
For those who haven’t yet completed their focus area, there is a short ‘How to’ video at the link below or managers can reach out to the Engagement Team for support. We will also be sending all managers who haven’t yet recorded an action a meeting invitation to a short call on the 14th April where they will be able to upload live with our support.
