The Global Employee Experience Survey (EES) is approaching (launch on the 9th May), and we would like to share with you some information to help you prepare for it:

• As a reminder (cf. HR Insider article) the survey this year will comprise 2 statement sets: one focusing on engagement and the other on diversity and inclusion. Please note that the diversity statements will only be sent to employees in the 3 hubs, as well as those countries which have opted in* to run this part of the survey.
• Please take a look at this slide deck for more information about the survey.

You’ll also find on the HR community SharePoint the promotion materials for the survey:

• Poster (ready-to-use + editable version)
• Teams background
• Email Header/signature banner
• One Pager: this can be used to explain the key points of the survey to employees or managers
• The communication template – for you to send to all your managers on the week of April 17^th: this is a crucial step to make sure that all managers are onboarded for the survey this year and to help spread the word to their teams. Please adapt, translate, and send it to your managers on time 🙏

The EES will also be presented during our next HR Webcast on March 31^st.
