What is our Employee Experience and Great Place to Work survey cadence for 2023 and beyond? How will it support us in efficiently and consistently capturing and acting on our employees’ feedback?

Employee Experience Survey

We are pleased to confirm and give you advance notice that the next full Glint Employee Experience Survey (EES) will launch on 9th May. It will be sent to all employees and will run for 3 weeks, until the 30th May 2023.

This year, the Employee Experience Survey will comprise two statement sets: one focusing on engagement and the other on diversity and inclusion. Please note that the demographic statements will only be sent to employees in the 3 hubs, as well as those countries which have opted in* to running this part of the survey.

The Employee Experience Survey gathers valuable feedback from across Ipsen, allowing us to Listen Learn and Act in a way that helps us to evolve towards our aspiration culture and have a real impact on patients and society. The Action Pulse in October highlighted 3 key areas of concern and work is underway to address them. These results of this survey will answer some important questions: How far have we come in addressing barriers to execution, improving wellbeing, and enhancing communication around change? How engaged is our team? How diverse and inclusive are we? And also, this year, what colour are our manifesto lights? Click below to see the full Culture Manifesto on Our Culture page:

You will receive further detailed information in March, including a communication toolkit to support cascade in your location. Drop-in session for you and your managers will also be arranged post survey.

Thank you in advance for your help in promoting completion of the survey and subsequent review of the results and action planning with your leaders and managers.

* Countries currently opted in: Australia, Belgium, Czech Republic

Great Place to Work Survey

We are also delighted to announce that we have signed a global contract with Great Place to Work (GPTW) and agreed a new survey cadence, which will help to reduce workload, introduce consistency, and allow us to support one another more moving forward.

GPTW surveys will now take place only in September and, for each eligible country, every other year.

The country waves are confirmed below, and you will receive a toolkit for pre, during, and post survey communications later this year, as well as a globally completed Culture Audit, that can be completed and enriched with local data and information by each country.

If you have any questions about either the EES or GPTW, please contact Abbie, Aline, or Chantelle; we’re here to support you through the process.
