Dear HR colleagues,

Following last week call, please find all key materials  to Reboost our Ipsen Mentoring Programme:

• Our presentation to introduce the changes is available in pdf below and in box.
• We created a new visual identity for the program with dedicated logo , badges, posters, etc. all materials are available in the COM kit in box.
• We have also implemented some changes to support Registration, Pairing and Monitoring of the program, including a new application process.

We would like to thanks  Abbie who joined us for a day a week for 6 months to assess the current program and then recommend improvements and help us to evolve the program.

In terms of timelines and next steps:

• 6th September – an article about the Ipsen Mentoring Program have been published on Ipsen Planet globally
• Mid September –
  • An email will be sent to all current Mentors and Mentees to introduce the email signature badges
• End September –
  • An email will be sent to colleagues who have mentioned an interest in either becoming a mentor or requesting a Mentoring in iDevelop. The email will share the link to the application form for the program and invite them to take the first step
• End October – we will schedule a Q&A opportunity, at which we will also be delighted to hear your feedback
• End December/Early Jan 2022 – Opportunity to create Global Mentoring community (to be discussed)
