Please find below the Performance & Compensation Planning

For 2024 People Performance – Objectives Setting, we will soon share in the sharepoint:

• the mailchimp template to tell your employees the 2024 objectives setting campaign begins
• the updated presentations on the process and the content
• because there is no change from last year and the agenda is already very busy, there will be no specific global session but a reminder with the ACR sessions (see below)

For 2024 Annual Compensation Review, we are going to send the invitations for:

• HR session on January 17th & 18th
• Global Managers session on January 25th – presentation will be made available with the HR session
• despite the focus being on ACR, we will start with the reminder on the People Performance model

For 2023 Short-Term Incentives payout & 2024 Short-Term Incentives deployment, please refer to the presentation made on December 5th for more information
