From now on, and for the first time, we have jointly launched 2 campaigns on December 5th to facilitate and improve your work on our Compensation processes until January 11th:
- ACR Eligibility : SHR / HRBP to confirm the eligibility of our employees to the 2024 Annual Compensation Review.
Use the iPeople report “ACR Eligibility” to check your population - STI Payout: SHR/HRBP to confirm the STI details and collective factor for our employees receiving a short-term incentive in 2023
Files shared with SHR + C&B Partner, enclosing the STI details for the employees within your scope
Please liaise with your C&B Partner for any question, in particular on country specifics.
