We are pleased to unveil the enhanced Talent Card to make Ipsen employees more engaged in their development and visible for new opportunities!
We are in the middle of iDevelop Campaign and all Ipsen employees have received a task to complete their talent data by July 16th (of course this task can be done all along the year).
This new talent card will benefit to you, as an HR, to identify future leaders, successors, onboard in the Leadership pathway at all levels of the organization. We have enhanced and improved the quality and quantity of data into one single document.
This talent card gives you, in different sections, specific information on the employee (we mentioned which data is visible or not to employee):
- Cover page is a full overview on employee with key elements that can be shared and presented during a Talent Review meeting such as: span of control, work experience to detect employee matching 2x2x2 model (color alert), all languages, full Talent summary section and development items.

- The Next pages give you more in-depth details to support your analysis and recommendations, such as full development aspirations, details on all succession plans where the employee appears and information on Mentorship (either employee is a mentor or mentee, or both).

- Finally, at the end, you will find a full resume with working experience entered by employee.
