To continue leveraging our Job Catalogue, we are happy to announce that the first annual review has been completed by the 3 COEs (C&B / Talent and HRIS).
Requests were raised by BHRs / deputies who were also part of the discussions on their scope.
The main changes are:
- Creation of 10 job profiles (mainly in Medical and Clinical Science)
- Renaming of 17 job profiles and 5 job families
- Removal of 4 job profiles that were not used (Application Integration / Digital Product Owner / PV Network Management & Toxicology)
- Creation of a new job family group “Business Excellence” to distinguish jobs related to Sales and jobs that support the Sales
- Split of Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs job family groups
- Renaming of Market Access as Value & Access
Please find attached the details in the new version of the job catalogue (available soon on HR Insights / Definitions).
The definitions have been updated and the link of job profiles / grade letters has been added.
In iPeople, the new employee mapping has already been uploaded with the effective date as of October 1st 2024 (around 500 changes of employee mapping).
To check the employee mapping or to extract the Job Catalogue referential, please go to your HR Dashboard / Master files.
