Dear all,

We will enter now a new phase of our 2020 iDevelop campaign: acceleration. To date, we have achieved almost 33% of development plans either completed or under completion within Ipsen group.

We need now to accelerate. Some of the countries or divisions have put in place great initiatives to pace this year’s campaign:

• China has developed a video to show benefits of a discussion around development but also workshops dedicated to managers

• Russia has organized a career week to encourage all employees of the region to dedicate time around their growth

• France, UK & Ireland  are currently organizing development workshops for managers

Do share with us your initiatives and we will make them visible!

In the meantime, please ensure that – in each of your perimeter – development discussion meetings have been scheduled and check the quality of the plans & progression rate. Important: employees arrived after January 1st should complete their development needs through career worklet of their profile.
