Evolving the HRLT
To support our ambitious talent capabilities and engagement strategy, boost Ipsen culture of collaboration and excellence, and better foster and unify global initiatives, I am pleased to announce a new HRLT organization, effective April 1st, 2021:
Reinforcing HR Centers of Excellence
- Talent Capabilities: regrouping talent acquisition, talent development and management, succession planning, strategic capability planning and learning solutions (including e-learning platform)
- Isabelle Mériel has decided to leave the company by end of May 2021 to get trained as certified coach and continue to further develop her skills in supporting business leaders and organizations. Until then, she will continue to focus on specific ongoing Talent development and management projects.
- We are recruiting her replacement. In the meantime, her current team composed of Nathalie Maire, Mirjana Le Friec & Jean-Marc Parant will report directly to me.
- Talent Engagement: regrouping Diversity & Inclusion, culture, Way of Being, ways of working, engagement survey, collective intelligence programs, feedback and Company Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Monika Gibson will lead this group as of April 1st, 2021, managing Marjorie Vincenti (HR programs Communication Manager), Aline Stokes (D&I Director), Chantelle Lejeune (Engagement Specialist).
- Feryal Ghouadni will join her team in coming months as CSR accountability will be transitioning from the Business Ethics group to HR.
- Rewards, Performance and Well-Being: regrouping Compensation, benefits, international mobility, recognition programs and performance
- Sophie Véron will continue to lead this team.
- Global HR Systems & Analytics
- Sophie Marchandise (HR Information Systems, Analytics & Strategy) will continue to lead Ipsen HRIS solutions, fostering people analytics and accelerating HR community data insight capability.
Adapting our Business HR structure
Over the past two years, we have set ambitious goals for our Business HR (BHR) organization. Today, to further support Ipsen’s ELT and GLT with strategic advice and partnership, we are updating the structure of our BHR as follows, effective April 1st, 2021:
- Anne-Laure Amoros will support Specialty Care International and GPPS in addition to CMO and the Strategy/Digital teams.
- Aurélie Rodrigues will support Business Ethics and Procurement in addition to Legal, HR, Finance and Communications & Public Affairs.
- Lisa DiPaolo will continue to support North America Commercial, R&D and Business Development. Lisa will also continue to lead the Global Talent Acquisition team until the global Talent Capabilities leader is appointed.
- Nicole Launay, VP HR Technical Operations, will be retiring as announced after 34 years of outstanding service by the end of 2021. We have begun the internal and external search to replace her.
- Marie-Aude Julien will continue to support the CHC business unit, reporting to Benoit Hennion.
Reorganizing HR Clusters
Mona Amin, Cyrille Debar and Lisa DiPaolo will continue to manage HR operations across the company in forty countries as follows:
- France (Cyrille Debar) including Boulogne, Signes, Les Ulis R&D, Dreux PharmDev center.
- North America (Lisa DiPaolo) including Basking Ridge, Montréal, Mississauga, Newton and Cambridge sites.
- 37 other countries (Mona Amin) through HR Clusters:
- Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece) led by Alessandra Benevolo
- BENO & DACH (Benelux, Nordic, Baltics, Germany, Switzerland) led by Marcus Voss
- Central & Eastern Europe (Russia, CIS, Central & Eastern Europe) led by Anna Strelnikova
- Middle East & Africa (Emirates, Algeria, Tunisia) led by Soraya Talout
- UK & Ireland led by Jo Briggs
- Asia & Pacific (SC China, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, Australia), led by David Nouet
- Latin America (Brazil, Mexico) led by Juliana Martinelli.
- In addition, Cindy Jin, who leads China CHC HR, continues to report to Marie-Aude Julien.
