Dear Colleagues,

We are delighted to announce the new HR organization for the MEAM region, as part of our strategy “Focus, Together, for Patients & Society“, we recognize the importance of aligning our capabilities to support and propel the MEAM growth.

The aim is to:

• Reinforce our business partnering approach and ensure that our HR function aligns closely with the needs.
• Enhance proximity and fostering greater collaboration within our teams across the MEAM
• Agility is key to our success. The new HR organization enables us to be more agile, allowing us to respond promptly to emerging challenges and opportunities, and effectively support the evolving needs of our organization.

To that end, we are pleased to introduce the updated roles:

Djamel Eddine GOUMGHAR, is appointed as HR Manager North Africa. As part of his new role, Djamel will be responsible on the HR topics regarding Algeria and Tunisia. He will continue to report to Soraya TALOUT. Effective date June 15^th 2023.

Haniya BOUAMER is appointed Talent Management and Talent Acquisition MEAM. In her new role, she will lead the Talent attraction, development, HR Excellence & Global programs. She will continue to report to Soraya TALOUT as a strong line and to Djamel for HR North Africa initiatives. Effective date June 15^th 2023.

Abdellah TOUDJI, is appointed as HR Administrative NA & Payroll NA & MEA Lead. He will fully be responsible of HR administration, HRIS (ipeople) & Payroll subjects. He will continue to report to Soraya TALOUT as a strong line and to Djamel for HR North Africa -related subjects. Effective date June 15^th 2023.

Mashael ALMOHAIZE, HR & Office Manager Saudi Arabia, will continue to report to Soraya TALOUT and her responsibilities remain the same.

Soraya TALOUT is appointed as HR Cluster Head MEAM. She will continue reporting to Mona AMIN, as part of her new role, Soraya will lead and oversee the HR function within the MEAM region. She will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the global strategy. Effective date August 01^st 2023.

Djamel Eddine GOUMGHAR, est nommé HR Manager Afrique du Nord. Dans le cadre de ses nouvelles fonctions, Djamel sera responsable des sujets RH concernant l’Algérie et la Tunisie. Il continuera à reporter en strong line à Soraya TALOUT et en doted line à Benjamin BOISEAU avec date d’effet le 15 juin 2023.

Haniya BOUAMER, est nommée Talent Management and Talent Acquisition MEAM. Dans son nouveau rôle, elle aura le lead sur les sujets de recrutement, développement, HR Excellence & programmes globaux. Elle continuera à reporter en strong line à Soraya TALOUT, en doted line à Djamel pour les sujets RH Afrique du Nord avec date d’effet le 15 juin 2023.

Abdellah TOUDJI, est nommé HR Administrative NA & Payroll NA & MEA Lead. Il sera entièrement responsable de l’administration, des sujets SIRH (ipeople) & Paie. Il continuera à reporter en strong line à Soraya TALOUT, en doted line à Djamel pour les sujets RH Afrique du Nord avec date d’effet le 15 juin 2023

Mashael ALMOHAIZE, HR & Office Manager Saudi Arabia, continuera à reporter à Soraya TALOUT et ses responsabilités demeurent inchangées.

Soraya TALOUT, est nommée HR Cluster Head MEAM. Soraya continuera à reporter à Mona AMIN, dans le cadre de son nouveau rôle, Soraya dirigera et supervisera la fonction RH dans la région MEAM. Elle sera responsable de l’élaboration et de la mise en œuvre de stratégies, de politiques et de programmes RH qui s’harmonisent avec la stratégie globale avec date d’effet le 1^er Aout 2023.
