Dear Colleagues,
It is with mixed feelings I inform you that Mirjana LE FRIEC, Human Resources Business Partner for Paris has decided to leave the organization to pursue a new professional opportunity. Her last day with Ipsen will be September 15th 2025.
Mirjana joined Ipsen in 2015 as Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator Medical Affairs for the Neurosciences EUBU. In 2019, she joined the HR team as Global Talent Management Operations, moving then to the role Manager Global Talent Management & Engagement and in 2021 to the position of Deputy VP HR for Corporate Functions. Since January she has been supporting the Finance, HR, Global Partnering and Corporate Affairs functions as HRBP for Paris & Dreux.
I would like to thank warmly Mirjana for her strong contributions, unwavering HR business support and her openness during those 10 years at Ipsen and 6 years in HR and wish her all the best for this new chapter. She has been a great HR business partner and a high contributor to the development of HR community
