Ipsen is pleased to announce Eliane Escobar, who is joining us today, August 1st, 2023, as Manager, Talent Acquisition Partner – LATAM. In this position, Eliane will report directly to Caroline O’Reilly, Head of TA UK/I & International and dotted line to Juliana Martinelli, Head of Human Resources – Latin America & Director of Human Resources – Brazil. Eliane will be based in Ipsen’s São Paulo office.
Eliane brings over 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Management, Organizational Culture Improvement and Diversity and Inclusion Projects, obtained in multinational and Brazilian national companies where she worked, such as AbbVie, Kellogg’s, IBM Brazil, Hewlett-Packard, among others.
At Ipsen, Eliane will focus on conducting and managing Recruitment and Selection processes, as well as projects in the area related to Talent Acquisition, in line with Ipsen’s global guidelines. In her scope of work, Eliane will work in Brazil, Mexico and Colombia.
Eliane has a degree in Linguistics in addition to being fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
