We are pleased to announce the appointment of Raphaela Bustamante as our HR Operations Manager, effective 1 June, 2026. Based in São Paulo, Raphaela will report directly to me.

Raphaela brings over 20 years of solid experience in Human Resources across multinational and local organizations. She most recently served as HR Operations Manager at Teva, and prior to that at EY, where she developed strong expertise in payroll, compensation, benefits, and labor relations.

Throughout her career, she has played a key role in organizational transformations, including integrations, restructuring projects, and process optimization initiatives, consistently driving efficiency, compliance, and high-quality employee experience
