Dear HR colleagues,

As we announced last september, we are willing to increase the number of reviews of IPSEN current employees on Glassdoor.

One of the aspect of our strategy is to automate some messages via iPeople at some key moment of our Employee career journey: 

• Work Anniversary : We will send a automated message from iPeople to the employees inbox , congratulating them for their work anniversary , remind them about career development opportunities and also asking them to share their experience on Glassdoor. (This message is send to IPSEN employees every year within IPSEN for 1 to 10 years)

• Candidate Experience: During the onboarding phase of our employees , we are already asking them to give some feedback on an internal survey , we added a step in the process to invite them to share their experience on Glassdoor.

• In 2021, we will work on an automated message for Interns and Apprentices for them to share their experience on Glassdoor after they leave.

Today, the scope of this operation is mainly focused on France, UK &IR and North America where Glassdoor is the most influencial. We are planning to have further discussions with Mona Amin’s teams in 2021 to extend to more employees where it is relevant.

So the messages are operational from today !
