Their 12-month journey will be split into 3 phases:
- Assessment & Self Awareness to better understand oneself and their strengths – Feb. Mar. 2022
- Development & Learning to grow as an Enterprise Leader through coaching and learning – Apr. to Oct. 2022
- Experience & Exposure to challenge oneself, apply learning and experiment through a project/assignment – Nov. to Feb. 2023
