Dear HR Community,
As presented during the GHRM market place, we are about to launch the Employee Exit Questionnaire (more details are provided in the attached document).
As of 1st December, all voluntary* leavers as well as employees leaving with a mutual agreement at their request, will receive a questionnaire to share a last feedback before they go.
This questionnaire will be automatically sent to departing employees as part of the termination process right after the Site HR approval. Therefore, so as to let them time enough to complete the questionnaire, we highly encourage you to initiate the termination process as soon as possible and at least 15 days before the departure date (if possible). Please note that beyond the last day of work, they won’t be able to access the questionnaire anymore.
The Exit Interview step, that is already available for HR at the end of the process to document the exit interview, will remain unchanged. Since the results of the exist questionnaire will be made available to the Site HR, you will be able to prepare the Exit interview based on the Exit questionnaire results.
We let you adapt your local process accordingly.

*Voluntary departure as per HR Insights definition: “Voluntary” is to be used to qualify a departure where an employee with an open-ended contract decides to leave. Therefore, the 4 reasons for voluntary departure are: resignation, end of probation period at the employee’s request, mutual agreement at the employee’s request or retirement with voluntary reason.

Thank you for this notification, therefore, i have a question please:
-Is this process will be applicated only for an employee with an open-ended contact ? what about fixed ended contact leaver please?

The target is only for voluntary leavers with an open-ended contract.
