As previously shared during our Global HR webcast, and following the onboarding sessions for HRBPs and Talent leads, we are pleased to share with you the different materials to support you in the launch and run of DevelopMe.

As a reminder, DevelopMe is a new development solution for all employees at Ipsen, allowing the employees to learn via on-the-job experience offered by managers across the organization. DevelopMe is powered by iPeople (Workday).

The launch of DevelopMe is the key highlight of Season of Development 2025, run from 12 May till 31 July, along with iDevelop campaign.

• The promotion materials to support the launch and promotion of DevelopMe,
• The user support materials, including:
  • The core slide deck that will be used in the Global Managers sessions on 20 and 22 May. You can also leverage and adapt this deck as need for your local sessions where relevant.
  • The technical How-to guide that explains the navigation in the platform (for Managers, Employees and Local HRBP)
  • The User best practices guide that provides Managers and Employees with advice, best practices, do’s and don’ts to make the most of DevelopMe
  • The full FAQ which is being continuously completed

These materials will be made available on a dedicated page on MyIpsen (visible following the launch), under the Learn & Grow page so Managers and Employees can easily access.

Next steps:
