Dear HR Community,

As you might already know, Season of Development is coming and will run from 12 May to end of July, along with the opening of iDevelop campaign.

Compared to previous years, Season of Development allows us to have one integrated season to fully focus on development and growth at Ipsen, with more flexibility for local organization: you can decide to organize local events according to your local calendars.

To support you with the organization and promotion of Season of Development local level, you can find on our HR Community SharePoint:

• The pack of all activities materials that we have compiled and updated, that you can leverage to organize different events and workshops with your population
• The different promotion materials that you can use and/or translate as need to promote throughout the Season.
• For iDevelop:
  • The email templates of communication for Managers and Employees to launch the campaign
  • As well as other reference documents to support you with local sessions and communications

As previously communicated, you’ll also receive in the coming days the materials regarding DevelopMe, to support you in the launch of this new development solution. As a reminder, a global session will be organized for Managers on 20 and 21 May to introduce DevelopMe as well as make a reminder on Season of Development.
