We are pleased to announce that we have kicked off the 2nd Cohort of the Career Acceleration to Pivotal roles program!
We are pleased to now have ~50 of our talents successors to Pivotal Roles enrolled in the program for 2023!
During this 12 month program, the participants will develop their self-awareness, leadership skills, networking, and learning from senior leaders’ experience. They will also work on your career plans and refine their development plan based on their targeted future career steps.
The program will have 4 phases:
- 360/180 feedback followed by a coaching debrief and action planning.
- Development of leadership skills and enterprise business acumen.
- Experience to challenge themselves, implement what they’ve learnt and experiment through a project or an assignment
- Career Planning towards their aspired targeted roles.
