Dear colleagues,

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Tetiana SNIZHKO as Global HRBP Lead International & Neuroscience effective 1 September 2026. Tetiana will be based in Paris and report directly to me. She will be a member of the HR leadership team, as well as the International and Neuroscience leadership teams.

In her new role, Tetiana will be responsible for strengthening and scaling leadership, capabilities, and organizational effectiveness across International Operations and Neuroscience and play an essential role in the set-up of the Neuroscience team and structure. She will be a strategic partner to Andreas GERBER, EVP, Head of International and Olivia BROWN, EVP, Global Head of Neuroscience and their respective leadership teams, acting as a trusted advisor and challenger to deliver business strategy today and ensure the right set up for tomorrow. Larisa FEDOROVA, Global HRBP Neuroscience and International, will report to her.

Tetiana joins us from Sanofi, where she most recently served as VP, Global People Business Partner for the Global Rare Diseases, Immunology, and Neurology Franchises, based in Cambridge, US. She started her career at Baker & McKenzie CIS as a Legal Assistant and People Development Manager before moving to Human Resources. Through her time at Sanofi, she held different HR roles of growing scope and responsibility and gained experience across different business units and geographies in local, regional, and global roles.
She brings 20+ years of experience and a strong track record of business transformation and strategic workforce planning across pharmaceutical and legal industries. Tetiana combines relentless drive that she brings to every challenge with genuine curiosity and warmth. Her leadership, strategic thinking, and result orientation will be important assets in her new role.

Tetiana holds a Master’s degree in Philology & Interpretation (English, German) from Kyiv National Linguistics University and a Human Resources Management Certification from EBA HR School, Kyiv, Ukraine, and is a certified Executive Coach.

I would like to take this opportunity to warmly thank Agata OLEMPIEJUK-COMBAZ, Global HRBP Lead Technical Operations and Strategy & Transformation, for her strong support to International Operations during the last year. Agata will continue to support Technical Operations and Strategy & Transformation as Global HRBP Lead, and take on additional responsibilities enhancing Ipsen global job architecture and structure ensuring alignment and enabling pay transparency.
