Dear colleagues,

I am delighted to announce the arrival of Houssni Chanfi as our new Talent Acquisition Apprentice, effective August 24th. Houssni will succeed Ramdane Ammarkhodja and will be dedicated to the recruitment of our early talent population in France, including interns and apprentices.

In this role, Houssni will also play a key role in strengthening Ipsen’s employer brand by representing the company at campus events and career fairs. As a true Brand Ambassador, he will help promote Ipsen both internally and externally, inspiring and engaging the next generation of talent.

Houssni is currently pursuing a master’s degree in human resources at INSEEC. Throughout his academic journey, he has gained experience in early talent recruitment, including internships, apprenticeships, and entry-level hiring, with companies such as AXA Banque, Virbac, and CNP Assurances. These experiences have enabled him to develop a strong understanding of the challenges and best practices related to attracting and assessing early-career talent.

I am equally pleased to announce that Ramdane Ammarkhodja will be joining Ipsen on a permanent basis as of September 1st as Talent Acquisition Partner. Ramdane will take over from Jessica Richeux and will be based at our Signes site, where he will lead all recruitment activities in collaboration with Latifa’s team. In addition, he will work closely with the Global Mobility team to recruit our VIE talents across Ipsen’s international locations.

Since joining us last September in apprentice, Ramdane has consistently delivered exceptional work, generating tangible business impact and earning the trust and recognition of many hiring managers he has partnered with. Ramdane is now successfully graduated from the business school EM Normandie.

Beyond ensuring continuity for our recruitment activities in Signes, this appointment reflects Ipsen’s commitment to attracting, developing, and retaining emerging talent. It is a testament to our belief that the next generation can create meaningful impact from day one, contributing directly to the success of our teams, our organization, and ultimately, the patients we serve.

Please join me in warmly welcoming Houssni and congratulating Ramdane on this well-deserved appointment.

Elise Alimondo

Head of Talent Acquisition Global Hub France
