Dear colleagues,

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Emy ROSSI as Talent Management and Talent
Operations Director, effective April 13, 2026. Emy will be based in Paris and report directly to me.

Emy brings a rich international HR background shaped across major global companies including
LVMH, Campari Group, Gartner, ArcelorMittal, and Coop Adriatica. She joined Sanofi over eight
years ago, where she has held several strategic HR leadership positions. Most recently, Emy served
as Head of Global Talent Management for Global Corporate Functions, leading the talent agenda
for key corporate domains and driving strategic initiatives focused on leadership development,
succession planning, talent identification, and global mobility.
Before taking on this role, Emy was People & Culture Global Business Partner for Vaccines
Commercial Operations, supporting a multicountry commercial. In this position, she played a
pivotal role in organizational transformation, capability building, and advancing diversity and
gender balance initiatives.
Earlier, she held positions as HRBP for Vaccines International and for Consumer Healthcare, where
she contributed to major transformations, including the creation of the standalone CHC unit ahead
of the Opella spin-off. She also served as Global Business HR for Finance, partnering closely with
the CFO on performance, compensation, and talent transformation initiatives.
At the start of her career at Sanofi, Emy led the global carve-out of Merial as Global Support
Functions HR PMO, ensuring seamless HR transitions across multiple geographies.

Graduated in master’s degree in work and communication psychology from the University of
Padua, she is recognized for her passion for people analytics, leadership development, and
inclusive talent strategies that build strong, future-ready organizations.

In her new role, Emy will lead our global Talent Management and Talent Operations agenda,
strengthening how we identify and develop future leaders. She will oversee assessment policies,
drive iDevelop cycles, and ensure operational excellence across the Talent Value Chain. She will
play a key role in ensuring a consistent, seamless manager and employee experience across our
Talent Value Chain.

Please join me in welcoming Emy to Ipsen and wishing her every success in her new role.
