Dear Colleagues,

I am delighted to announce the appointment of Daria KOLUPAEVA as Compensation & Benefits Manager, effective January 5^th, 2026. Daria is based in Paris and joins the Compensation & Benefits Center of Expertise (C&B CoE) team, reporting to me.

In her role, Daria will support the preparation, implementation, and management of the All-in-One Performance and Compensation campaigns, with a particular focus on our Variable Pay plans (short-term incentive and sales incentive). She will also drive Bravo, our recognition program.

Additionally, Daria will serve as the C&B Partner for Russia & Kazakhstan and LATAM.

Daria brings over seven years of experience in HR and Compensation & Benefits roles, first with Accor Hotels, then mainly worked with Tikehau Capital, where she led numerous HR projects supporting international expansion and managed global C&B programs. She holds a BA from St. Petersburg State University and an MSc from ESCP Business School. A native Russian speaker, Daria is fluent in French and English and has studied several East Asian languages.

Daria also enjoys video games, attending music festivals or concerts, and occasional embroidery projects.
