Dear HR colleagues,

we would like to congratulate you for the amazing effort to reach 98 % of global completion!! In 2020 we reached 97%, so in 2022 we will be able to achieve 100%!

To perform the closing, all the tasks have to be pushed to the completion step, that’s why the HR dashboard displays a result of 100% but this is not the last snapshot.

To sustain continuous development at Ipsen, employees and managers should now follow up, review and update their development needs through the employee profile / Career section (please find here the process).

For employees who do not have any development needs, we count on you to make sure they will be completed as soon as possible.
