As mentioned in our previous post on Friday 28th May, we are happy to let you know that the material to train your Managers on Talent Review is ready.
Now it is time for you, as HR, to arrange a date to train your managers to make them ready to assess their employees and prepare their Talent Review.
Please find below all information to do so :
- 2 Manager training decks to train managers on:
=> Assess Potential, (a recording of the GLT training by Monika Gibson will be available on June 2nd afternoon).
=> Talent Review (Succession plan, critical positions, calibration) - Materials to be communicated to Managers : Assess Potential Materials
As a reminder all 2021 iDevelop campaign material is available HERE
You can always refer to the HR Training done last week (access here to full communication) and don’t forget to have the Campaign email ready to go by Friday 4th. Please find below the prepared emails ready for sending and/or translation:
- 2 EMAILS HERE READY TO FORWARD FOR ENGLISH and FRENCH SPEAKERS BY June 4th AND TO TRANSLATE FOR OTHER REGIONS.

Talent Review EMAIL:
Subject: iPeople: 2021 Talent Review from June 7th to September 30th.
Recipients: ALL MANAGERS OF PEOPLE (depending on your Talent review scope)
There are 2 options:
Option 1: Use the attached template, adjust it if you have minor modifications, then forward the email to your teams accordingly.
Option 2: If you need to translate and modify some elements:
- Create a free account on www.mailchimp.com
- Add the template to your profile with the link:
- Perform your changes in Mailchimp
- Send a test email to yourself
- Forward the email to your teams accordingly
