Thanks for joining, on Tuesday 25th and Thursday 27th, the second part of our HR Training on 2021 iDevelop campaign, dedicated to Talent Review and introducing the new high potential model.
As explained by our VP Talent Engagement, Monika Gibson, the introductory sessions on this new model for the GLT members will be conducted by Monika early June (June 2nd and 7th in English only).
For the remaining part of Talent Review process presentation (Succession plan, Critical positions, Calibrations, Reports) you need to conduct the Managers’ Training using the different materials during June month.
