We are delighted to share with you the Go-Live of Workday Absence Management as of 1st October 2023 in:
- Brazil
- Colombia
- Mexico
By implementing Workday Absence Management and the digitalisation of Absence, we have automated time-consuming and error-prone processes to drive efficiencies within our HR operational processes. This will ensure a consistent approach is delivered across the region and increase our data reliability.
In addition, we further enhance our agility as a HR Function to support both external and internal changes such as adapting to changing legislation and organisation policies.
But most importantly, we continue to move remove barriers to execution and focus on our employee experience!
The joint contribution on this project has demonstrated how when we work together collaboratively, we can achieve so much more.
