Following the recent departure of Kendra BAILLIE, Senior Director, Human Resources North America and in line with our commitment to develop our employees and help them grow in their career, we are happy to share the evolution of our HR Leadership structure in North America:

• A Senior Director, Human Resources North America position is now open to lead the Cambridge Hub and will be a strategic partner to all Managers based in North America in partnering with the local HR Business Partners and HR Center of Excellence (CoE).
• In parallel, we have decided to open a Director, Human Resources Canada position to support the HR North America Operations locally. This new position will work closely with the GM and the Canada Leadership Team and will be responsible for the full-cycle HR activities. It will report to the Senior Director, HR North America and will be based in Mississauga, Canada.
