Dear HR community, 

We hope that you have had a great summer! 

During our last Global HR Webcast in July, we introduced Charlie, Ipsen’s virtual assistant designed to support us in interview scheduling. Following a soft go-live for Global TA partners, we are pleased to share with you some key achievements:  

• Over 196 interviews scheduled thanks to Charlie 
• 132 interviews successfully completed 
• Average time to schedule an interview: 5 hours 

This is a significant achievement, especially considering we were in the pilot phase and August is typically a quiet month for interviews. We have also received positive feedback from our TA colleagues. 

Next steps:  

• Early September: HR colleagues leading recruitment activities outside of the global hub locations will receive a separate communication to inform you about the training related to Charlie, including a full refresh on using iPeople for recruitment, as well as details of the “out of iPeople” recruitment processes and best practices. 
• 9 September:  
• A post on My Ipsen Homepage announcing the official go-live of Charlie. As hiring managers, interviewers, or internal candidates, Ipsen colleagues will get to know Charlie when they are involved in a recruitment process.  
• Stakeholders involved in recruitment at Ipsen, including TA, recruiting HR and managers, will receive a communication with more details about Charlie, as well as other technical upgrades on recruitment activities at Ipsen.  

We are convinced that Charlie will help us save time in our recruitment process, allowing us to reinvest in truly value-add activities and enhance the recruitment experience for everyone.
