I am pleased to announce that Cheryl Swidrak is joining the North America Human Resources Team on July 12th as Senior Manager, Total Rewards HR Projects & Benefits North America. She will report to me while we identify the new Head of Compensation and Benefits for NA, with a dotted line to Lisa DiPaolo. In this role, Cheryl will provide functional and subject matter expertise in support of the design and delivery of the company’s Total Rewards strategy including benefits, wellness, and compensation-related special projects. She will be located in Cambridge.

Cheryl’s experience and capabilities include educating employees on benefit plans, supporting employee day to day requests, administering employee leaves, and coordinating annual open enrollment initiatives and audit projects.

Prior to Ipsen, Cheryl was a Benefits Manager for Seqirus, Inc. Her work included leading all benefit programs for North and South American locations, managing health and welfare plans, budgets, 401K plans, leave of absence, compliance, vendor relationships, and market analysis and recommendations.

She earned her Bachelor of Science from Boston University and a Human Resource Management Certificate from Curry College.
