I am pleased to announce that Tina Li is joining the Global Compensation & Benefits Team as Compensation & Benefits Senior Manager, Specialty Care China. Based in Shanghai, she will report to me, with a dotted line to Christine Wang, Head of HR – Specialty Care China.

In this role, Tina will support Specialty Care business growth and development in managing local and global Compensation projects, providing C&B expertise, analysis and consultation to ensure Ipsen’s programs are market relevant, competitive, and forward thinking to attract and retain talents. Tina will be instrumental in developing relevant C&B practices to make Ipsen SC China an employer of choice while providing functional and subject matter expertise in support of the design and delivery of the company’s Total Rewards strategy including benefits, wellness, and compensation-related special projects.

Tina will bring her solid experience in C&B strategy and design, as well as her capabilities in analytics, to optimize rewards structures and to lead new initiatives. In her past experiences, she developed market driven compensation initiatives such as sales or hot skills incentives, and led various benefits projects to harmonize, optimize and implement new plans. Tina developed targeted C&B programs in South East Asia and contributed to Merger & Acquisition successes through change management.

Prior to Ipsen, Tina was Total Rewards Manager at Accenture in China, covering 6 delivery centers and managing the C&B programs involving 7,000 employees. Prior to Accenture, she gained experience at Kodak and Ricoh in China.

Tina earned a B.A. in Computer Science & Technology at the Tongji University.

她将带来她在C&B战略和设计上扎实的经验以及她在分析、优化奖励结构和引领新项目方面的能力。在她过往的经历中,她开发了市场驱动的薪酬措施例如销售激励,并引导各种福利项目协调,优化和实施新计划。她在东南亚开发了有针对性的薪酬福利计划,并通过变革管理为并购成功做出了贡献。

在加入益普生之前,她曾在埃森哲担任综合薪酬福利负责人,带领团队为中国7000多名员工覆盖六个地区提供薪酬和福利项目的设计、开发和交付方面的专业服务,以支持埃森哲大中华地区的业务和人才战略。在此之前,她还在理光和柯达工作。

她毕业于同济大学计算机科学与技术专业。
