Dear HR Team,

We are happy to share with you an initiative that was developed and successfully piloted in HR International division.

WHY?

One of our key priorities is to make employee’s journey with Ipsen exceptional and efficient throughout it.

The most sensible phase of this journey – first months of newcomer in the Company and we aim to make sure that each HR colleague feels welcome and has efficient on-boarding process.

WELCOME LETTER

To support on-boarding process and efficient navigation of all HR newcomers we are happy to share with you a “Welcome to Ipsen HR Team” letter. It contains:

• Links to key HR resources and applications – single and simple access point to all necessary HR materials,
• Name of a Buddy that we propose to appoint for each newcomer – seasoned colleague who can support new team member with all questions, as well as to build an HR network,
• Key contacts – to make sure that all questions may be timely addressed.

HOW TO USE IT

The proposed rules for sending the letter are the following:

• From: HR Line Manager
• Who: all new HR employees or lateral move\transfer to HR
• CC: HR LT member responsible for division, HRIS team (Siv-Sane Kin, Sophie Maillard-Marchandise), HR Global Team for HR (Mirjana Le Friec), Buddy (to be identified for each newcomer if relevant)
• When: ideally on the first day, at least – during the first week
