Welcome Erin & Romain – C&B Team

Dear colleagues,

I am pleased to welcome two new comers within the Global C&B Team:

  • Erin Quinn, who has joined Ipsen on June 7th in Cambridge, USA
  • Romain Lévi, who will join Ipsen on June 14th in Slough, UK.

Erin Quinn joins the Global Compensation & Benefits Team as North America Associate Director Compensation and Benefits. She will report to me while we identify the new Head of Compensation and Benefits for NA, with a dotted line to Lisa DiPaolo. In this role, Erin will lead Compensation for NA in managing local and global Compensation projects, providing Compensation expertise, analysis and consultation to ensure Ipsen’s programs are market relevant, competitive, and forward thinking to attract and retain top talents.  In addition, Erin will lead Ipsen’s Benefit Programs for Canada and support US Benefit management.

Erin’s experience and capabilities include compensation reporting & analytics, short- & long-term incentive design, acquisition integration, compensation committee materials, and excel tool development. She also serves as a strategic partner with organizational leadership.

Her key accomplishments include being a lead for Human Experience Culture Champions, Project Lead for Equity Sharing Modeling, and Lead for a Board of Directors Compensation Program.

Prior to Ipsen, Erin was an Executive Compensation Partner for Alexion Pharmaceuticals. Her work included leading highly complex, executive focused projects, directing diverse project teams including Accounting, Finance, Legal and HR partners to deliver materials for each Leadership & Compensation Committee meeting on schedule, partnering with the Total Rewards teams on a variety of initiatives, and providing consultation on equity and executive compensation programs.

She earned her B.A. from Temple University and a Master of Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

 

 

Romain Lévi joins the Global Compensation & Benefits Team as Head of Global Compensation, reporting to me. In this role, Romain, succeeding to David Nouet, will be responsible for the design, implementation, communication and management of Global Compensation programs aligned with IPSEN’s strategic business needs. In close collaboration with Business Leaders, Finance, HR Business Partners and other HR Center of Excellence, Romain will be in charge of the overall global compensation framework design and governance, (Annual Compensation Review cycle, Short-Term & Long-Term Incentives Programs,…), to support the company in meeting its objectives to attract, retain and motivate talents.

In addition, Romain will be the Compensation & Benefits partner for a set of countries.

Romain’s brings more than 20 years of experience in HR, of which more than 12 years in compensation and benefits management. Romain held various positions in Compensation & Benefits and Human Resources, in diverse industries, including manufacturing and packaging (at Unilever and Rexam Plc), High Tech (Dassault Systèmes), Engineering and R&D services (Altran Technologies). Prior to Ipsen, Romain was Head of C&B for EMEA at American Express Global Business Travel, located in the UK.

Romain holds a Master degree in HR (Ciffop – Paris) and graduated from Institute of Political Science (IEP- Bordeaux) in France.

In his spare time, Romain enjoys wine tasting, discovering new food and also sports such as running, cycling and swimming.

Romain will be based at our Bath Road office (Slough, UK)
