We are renewing the “We said, We did” campaign, as part of our People Experience survey journey.
Similar to last year, this campaign allows us to raise awareness about achieved and ongoing actions following 2025 survey results at all levels, while encouraging teams to pursue the efforts to stay on track with our progress.
You’ll find below the details of this campaign, as well as materials to support you:
Local teams are invited to:
- Encourage Managers to discuss and reflect with their teams on their action plan following 2025 survey results, the outcomes and progress => Email template for Managers can be found here
- Regularly communicate about global and local actions and their impact, in existing local forums, communications and touchpoints => Template can be found here

As a reminder, Managers have access to the Action Planning Resource Hub, a toolkit for building action plans aligned with our global focus areas.
