Dear colleagues,
We wanted to share a quick update on the momentum around AI at Ipsen and how HR is involved.
Below are the key points to keep on your radar:
- A company-wide communication on our AI journey and priorities will be shared soon
- Ipsen AI Days will be held in June with global virtual sessions, complemented by booths hosted on-site in Balard. HR will take an active role both in the sessions and the booths.
- Reference materials are being finalized and will be communicated as part of the global communication mentioned above: AI Pledge, AI Policy, and practical AI Do’s & Don’ts… HR is actively contributing to ensure these documents reflect people, ethics, and workforce considerations.
- AI Literacy traininig rollout: each function is starting to deploy the “AI Literacy” training, with the objective to reach all employees by end of 2026. HR will lead by example: we will roll this out to our HR Community in the coming months (more details to follow).
- In parallel, we (i.e. HR and GDIT) are progressing in the assessment of AI’s use cases and impact by function and job profile to feed our capability planning.
- The HR iBot was successfully launched in France and wer are working to expand it to multiple countries, starting with the Netherlands and Belgium. Also, we know that most of you increasingly use Copilot and AI tools in their daily activities.
- Finally, our HR AI Core Team continues to support our “AI for HR” effort, with the help of Arjen. You are welcome to join if you’d like to contribute.
If you have questions, ideas, or would like to understand how these initiatives may impact your scope, please feel free to reach out to one of us.
Sophie, Arjen
