Dear all,

As part of Shared Services global strategy, HR teams in France have been preparing the implementation of the French HR Shared Services, centralizing HR admin activities of French sites (Boulogne / Les Ulis / Signes / Dreux PharmSciences / Dreux IT).

The ambition is to deliver a high level of service to internal customers (employees / managers and HR), using operational excellence principles. To reach this ambition, the project team has started to harmonize and streamline HR admin processes as well as implementing an innovative tool, Ask HR (based on PeopleDoc – UKG software).

This new HR Shared Services in France will be led by Sophie Landormy who will be in charge of 3 main HR areas: personal administration / payroll / training.

The new system “Ask HR” will cover the following features:

• Storage of employees’ documents
• Document generation (contracts, amendments, offer letters…)
• Ticketing for employees / managers and HR to address their requests

We are all excited to announce the Go-live on the 2nd of November 2021 for France.

Ask HR will also be deployed for the HR Shared Services in the UK (replacing the current system), the US and potentially China in 2022.
