The Managers had until March 20th to communicate the performance and the compensation details with the letter to their employees.
The Employee’s Acknowledgement of the 2025 Performance Review is the very last process step before the campaign is fully completed and closed, and the ratings will be stored in iPeople (both rating and individual factor achievement).
Acknowledgement process will be launched on March 23st, circa 9.00 AM CET, and will end on April 1st at the same time.
Each employee has then the opportunity to acknowledge and/or to comment the 2025 Performance Review.
Please tell your employees now! You will find here the email template, and this encloses a tutorial on the process.
We also take the opportunity to add a tutorial telling on how to modify the Focus of the Year, if necessary, in the course of the year.
Quick reminder on the Employee’s Acknowledgement:
- Acknowledgement is optional.
- Acknowledging the review doesn’t mean you necessarily agree with your manager’s evaluation! It shows you received it, as a minimum (Ipsen decision not to make it a mandatory process step).
- Feedback is a gift: this is an opportunity for the employee to leave a comment after the review, so both the manager and the HR know.
- Escalation process: if ever your country’s regulation asks for a formal escalation process in case of disagreement with the review, ask your employee to use it!
- Challenging the review doesn’t mean this will be changed. The purpose of the process is making sure your voice could be heard. There is no additional commitment.
