Dear HR Community,
Since March 1st all employees are going to be notified with their Performance rating and Individual Factor. The managers had until February 29th to tell their team members.
This is now the very last process step (iPeople standard) before the 2023 Performance Review campaign is fully completed and closed.
Acknowledgement process will be launched on March 1st, circa 9.00 AM CET, and will end on March 12th. The 2023 Performance Review will then be stored in iPeople (both rating and individual factor achievement).
Each employee has the opportunity to acknowledge and/or to comment the 2023 Performance Review.
You will find here the email template (EN/FR) to tell your employees. They will find a tutorial on the process.
As this is also the same day for the end of the 2024 Annual Objectives campaign, there is also the tutorial on how to re-open the objectives in the course of the year.
We need to clarify here what this is all about:
- Acknowledgement is optional.
- Acknowledging the review doesn’t mean you necessarily agree with your manager’s evaluation! It shows you received it, as a minimum (Ipsen decision not to make it a mandatory process step).
- Feedback is a gift: this is an opportunity for the employee to leave a comment after the review, so both the manager and the HR know.
- Escalation process: if ever your country’s regulation asks for a formal escalation process in case of disagreement with the review, ask your employee to use it!
- Challenging the review doesn’t mean this will be changed. The purpose of the process is making sure your voice could be heard. There is no additional commitment.
This gives us the opportunity to thank you all for your contribution and support to this important process for Ipsen. Kudos!
