The Season of Development returns in 2026, running from 18 May to the end of July, alongside the launch of iDevelop, unveiling of Career Hub in iPeople and 1st year anniversary of DevelopMe.
iDevelop is the key focus moment for meaningful development conversations between employees and managers—reflecting on strengths, identifying development priorities and agreeing clear actions. While development happens year‑round, the Season of Development creates a shared moment across Ipsen to pause, align, and invest in growth.
One of the 5 Make or Breaks for 2026 is to Develop our capabilities & talents with a focus on impact.
As HR, your role is key:
- Support employees to prioritize and prepare for their development
- Enable leaders to have impactful conversations and capture insights for succession planning
Career Hub is a new feature in iPeople this year, which brings DevelopMe (launched in 2025) and Mentoring together in one place. The enhanced mentoring feature offers self‑service, skills‑based mentor matching across functions, divisions, and geographies—making mentoring more inclusive and accessible.
Global Season of Development Events:
This year’s Season of Development is also supported by three highly engaging global events:
- 28 and 29 May: Precision Collaboration with our partner MindGym.
(2 x 1 hour sessions with 2 timeslots available AM/PM CET – open to all employees)
