Dear HR colleagues,

Temreez Ahmed began her journey with Ipsen in January 2019 as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator; working alongside Jo Siriboe  and successfully managed to organise and fill 79 vacancies in 2019.  As of December 2019, she accepted a Permanent position within the UK HR teams as a TA and HR Coordinator at Ipsen Bath Road.

In addition of her  Talent Acquisition position, she is  also involved in a number of HR assignments and responsibilities. she has recently worked on the Internship Scheme as well as the Graduate Programme that is due to launch September 2020. She is also  managing the Induction Programme for staff based at Bath Road.

Before she starts working for Ipsen, Temreez worked at SRG as the Principal Consultant specialising in the recruitment of Regulatory Affairs Professionals. Prior to working at SRG she worked at Genpact – Pharmalink Consulting for just under 6 years. Having joined as the Commercial Executive her responsibilities increased to the Global PAN Manager. It was in her responsibility to manage and grow the Global network of consultants, thus utilising  networking and relationship building skills.

She started off her career at ACI group  as a Sales coordinator,then was promoted to Sales executive within 6 months. She was responsible for evaluating new sources of API’s excipients/fine chemicals.

Temreez studied Pharmaceutical Chemistry at Queen Mary University London, where shecontinued to complete my Masters in Pharmaceutical Chemistry in 2010.
