This is a reminder for those of you who wish to continue using Microsoft Teams Meeting Recording and Transcription features following the communication regarding our new Teams Policy & Training requirements.

To maintain access, you must complete the training module on iLearn now.

Please note that if the training is not completed, access to these features will be automatically disabled until you complete the training, which will remain available on iLearn.

External staff members (.ext) are subject to the same training requirements and deadlines as internal employees. Please request “iLearn access for external” on OneID. Once approved by your Manager, your account will be created, and you can then access the training.

 Please be mindful that if the Meeting organizer has not completed the training, then no one will be able to record
