For the preparation of the Talent Reviews, all documents are available on HR Community sharepoint here

It includes:

• the Potential Model reference document  (for your information, it will also be available on the intranet)
• mailchimps for communication for Talent Data update (to be sent on March 11th) and the launch of Potential assessement (to be sent on March 18th)
• translations of the potential model (included in iPeople form)
• the presentation deck used for the call with HR on February 20th and 22nd
