TALENT REVIEW 2023: POTENTIAL ASSESSMENT AND SUCCESSION PLANS

Dear HR Colleagues,

Following the HR training sessions, we remind you the key dates:

  • March 13th: local communication to be sent. Mailchimp templates are available  here
  • March 13th to March 31st : Assess team’s potential by managers & succession plans (training sessions for managers planned on March 13th)
  • April 1st to April 30th: ​Country / Site calibration
  • May 1st to May 31st:  ​Division calibration

To analyse and monitor, you have access to 3 reports in iPeople:

  • IPSEN – Talent / Performance – Campaign Business Status Report: to follow up the campaign
  • Ipsen – Talent Analysis: for analysis on the potential level and overview of population
  • Ipsen – Succession – Planning Summary: for analysis of the succession plans

Next steps: to prepare the Talent review with your Manager(s) and start the Talent Calibration. The access to Talent Matrix will be launched on April, 1st :

  • Local HR teams, use the functionality ‘Facilitate calibration’ from April 1st  until April 30th
  • BHRs and Deputies can use ‘Facilitate calibration’ and will receive a notification in iPeople. Through this notification, do not click ‘submit calibration’ before May 31st. The calibration is saved automatically after each move in the matrix.
