Talent Review 2022: Potential Assessment, 2 weeks to go! Enrich succession plans and plan your talent reviews!

Dear HR Colleagues,

We remind you that managers should  Assess Potential of their team member(s) by April, 8th EOB.

They can also enrich succession plans with no closing date (using the task ‘Manage succession plan’), identifying potential successors for positions in their scope for short, mid,  and long term.

To analyse and monitor, you have access to 2 reports in iPeople:

  • Ipsen – Talent Analysis: for analysis on the potential level and overview of population
  • Ipsen – Succession – Planning Summary: for analysis of the succession plans

 

Next steps: to prepare the Talent review with your Manager(s) and start the Talent Calibration. The access to Talent Matrix will be launched on April, 9th :

-Local HR teams, use the functionality ‘Facilitate calibration’ from April 9th until May 6th
-BHRs and Deputies can use ‘Facilitate calibration’ and will receive a notification in iPeople. Through this notification, do not click ‘submit calibration’ before June 3rd . The calibration is saved automatically after each move in the matrix.
