The Assess Potential task to evaluate potential of your team member is closing today, Wednesday 30th of June EOB.
Now, it is time to go on next steps to prepare the Talent review with your Manager(s) and start the Talent Calibration.
Please find below the different actions you will have to perform in iPeople and to prepare your Talent review meeting:
In iPeople:
- Review and update critical positions of your scope,
- Have a robust succession plan especially for GLT & critical positions: have an action plan and realistic dates and if no candidates identified propose external recruitment mapping,
- For both actions please go in iPeople under worklet TALENT, Manage Succession Plan
- Perform Talent Calibration to check employees’ placement in 4-box matrix (at this stage you are able to review potential if necessary)
- For this action go in iPeople and type in Search Bar: Facilitate Calibration
Talent Review
- Prepare an executive summary for the organization with:
- Strategic Capabilities, Organization Recruitment needs, figures on internal mobility,
- Organization Structure: org. charts with details on changes, time in position, successors…
- Strategic View of the Challenges / Talent Gaps, Trends on Development Gaps,
- Diversity elements and improvement action plan on diversity…
- Prepare a comprehensive update for all identified high potentials of your scope (professionals/managers/directors/GLT) with action plans and next steps.
In next coming days, you will receive the new Talent Review template to help you to gather the above information and prepare your talent review with key elements that will be shared among your division and above with ELT members.
The Talent Calibration 2021 will occur from July 1st to October 1st with ELT Talent Review occurring on October 26th. Please see below the calendar shared already.
